Someone said to me the other day, “Tony, thanks for writing stuff for beginners. Some of the other coaches write such complex, meta-advice.”
The reason I write things for beginners is because picking up women is a basic monkey-like desire that any man can learn with a basic understanding of female psychology and a little willpower.
Of course, this is not the case if you lack bravery, positive attitude, hygiene, style and average intelligence. Cowards and losers will simply disappear from the gene pool.
In practice, the cold approach is that simple.
- Approach lots of women.
- Make sexual advances to multiple women.
- Find women who enjoy your sexual advances.
- Put your bird in them.
And to think that this advice has been with me for 15 years.
That and teaching men how to overcome stress, what to say and how to text. This is all extremely basic once you understand a few fundamental concepts.
The problem is that kids consume all this information and never apply it. And if they do, they don’t do it often enough, or with enough women.
That’s why coaches who create super deep, meta content just fill these guys’ soft heads with more and more time-wasting mental masturbation.
The goal is not to teach these kids, but to create a lot of content, hook them, always feeling like they need the latest technique instead of just going out and approaching it cold.
But the inner good guy keeps most people from taking that step.
I’ve said this a million times: You’ll learn more from a two-minute daygame approach than from consuming 100 hours of “meta” content.
I used to teach pickup bootcamps.
I’ve been flying around the world, standing in front of a group of men shaking and saying “Congratulations…you paid me $3,000 to give you permission to bang chicks.”
I stopped doing bootcamps because I can give men even better results through live streams, at half the price.
I’m tired of writing over and over again about the same thing. There is no point in going “meta”, because female psychology is very, very simple.
- Be busy with things happening.
- Be fun and refreshing to be around.
- Keep your word.
- Fuck her good.
- Don’t worship her pussy.
- Don’t be needy.
- Learn to tease and make her laugh.
Baam, you’re better than 99% of her past or future lovers.
I could go into all these super duper meta ideas, but it wouldn’t matter. Most of you will never get close because you are too afraid to get close. And you don’t want to pay $50 or even $5000 to hire a coach.
You won’t even spend $1 on self-improvement, but you still can’t overcome approach anxiety.
Instead, you’ll keep scouring the Internet for the next coach who says all kinds of gobblediebloop to inspire your thoughts, and maybe make two or three approaches this year.

The meta PUA scene died with the death of RSD.
Some say he died in 2014 when “Redpill” became big. Guys like RooshV, Heartiste, Rollo Tomassi, and Reddit “Redpill” replaced the cold-blooded approach to polygamy and it became much easier to just blame society and women for all our problems.
Also, Tom Torero’s death was symbolic of the daygame movement disappearing. At least as a commercial, mainstream entity.
Now it’s Hamza and Andrew Tate who are the big influencers. I’m not sure if either promotes the cold approach. I know they are pushing to make as much money as possible, get fit and learn to fight.
Also, Tinder is dead and everyone is teaching how to get “social circle” or “Instagram” hotties. Which, for most guys, unless they live in Colombia, is even harder to score than the cold approach,
I can see that the daygame, cold approach, is really dead in the minds of young men. So it leaves much more for those of us who can do it.
I don’t know what’s next. But the kind of advice I share on my blog, on YouTube, and here… is common. I know guys can find this advice anywhere from a thousand YouTube channels, TikToks and websites. Soon AI will be able to teach it.
We will all be able to go as a meta and collect as much information as we want.
