On this week’s episode of the Breathe Love & Magic podcast, you’ll hear about energy clearing with Alida Morrill. As an Energy Coach, she helps people balance the energy in their lives and shares stories about clearing entities, clearing spaces, as well as your ancestral lineage.
Everyone Collects Unwanted Energy
Alida started by talking about how you collect energy in your everyday life without realizing it. This could be in a restaurant or when you are out shopping and it might not be the kind of energy you really want.
But the energy sticks to you and then it goes back home with you. Similarly, your phone and computer also collect energy and it cleans them too.
This energy weighs you down, affects your mood, and more. That’s why it needs to be released on a regular basis. Yet so few people know or do!
Deep energy clearing method
Alida created the deep energy cleansing method she uses today and it started as if she was visualizing an imaginary net. Over the past 12 years, he has energetically added many tools such as Kevlar, which is bulletproof fabric, the golden thread of the Madagascar spider, and even kryptonite.
Just imagine pulling any item through the fabric net to clean it. This is mainly done with a clear intention. Over the years, she learned to clean large buildings and other large things by visualizing them shrinking to fit in the palm of her hand and then cleaning with the cloth net.
Alida teaches a Course in Awareness that incorporates 54 tools that are part of a spiritual journey. Sounds very comprehensive! It also talks about clearing your ancestry back up to 25 generations.
I clean my home and office spaces with a traditional smudge, a Reiki symbol, my pendulum and my prayers, which is a different, but still effective, process.

Clearing Agencies
She is a grandmother and her 7-year-old grandson had a temper tantrum because he didn’t get to eat a cookie. This seemed very strange to her and then she realized that his grandfather who had passed was attached and was bothering him.
Recognizing what was happening, he cleansed his grandfather’s spirit and the problem stopped immediately. Her daughter asked her what she had done since the results were obvious and fast!
We also talked about seniors with dementia sometimes clinging to family members and how he often deals with that and clears it up as well.
Clearing Ancestral Lineage
Alida and I then talked about ancestry and how her clients often come to her for a clearing with their ancestors attached. He says this is because many of your lineage also want to be cleansed.
He asks the ancestors for their permission before clearing, so there is no coercion or anything done without proper consent. A sure and lasting freedom comes with these clearings.
How open are people to energy clearing?
Living in the Bible Belt of the USA, I wondered how people reacted to her energy work. Alida said there was a lot more openness than you might imagine.
Gets referrals from many sources including chiropractors, nurses and more. The list is long of places where he receives referrals and feels strongly that spirituality is growing in Texas. That was so encouraging to me, in terms of bridging the gap between the political and ideological groups that split the country down the middle.
Her experience is that many are trying to make a spiritual connection and are researching spiritual and energetic methods.
Alida believes that one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to ground yourself. It does this with a cascade of white light, running down the body and into the earth. She then brings earth energy back into her body. It’s a beautiful visualization.
