Looking for a perfect Christmas tradition or date night idea to get closer to your spouse? These Christmas scriptures for couples to read together will take your Bible study from mediocre to spiritually fulfilling.
My husband and I love to study the scriptures together. We know firsthand how spending this time together strengthens a marriage and the relationship we have with each other.
This can be the same for your marriage.
Studying the scriptures with your spouse opens doors for communication, deepens your relationship, and your love for your spouse only grows because you begin to see them as God does.
Even with all their imperfections.
However, one of the biggest struggles my husband and I had was “the plan.”
What are we studying? How will we study together? Shall we just read a chapter at a time, or maybe a verse or two and then discuss?
We have learned that when we have a plan and a specific set of scriptures to study, we are more likely to stay committed to our daily scripture reading together and actually look forward to it.
I hope this list of Christmas scriptures for couples to read together will really help and strengthen your relationship.
This list is a bit long, so feel free to read a verse or two at a time and discuss them together before moving on to the other scriptures on this list.
All scriptures in this directory are from the King James Version of the Bible.
